An eSIM is a digital SIM built into smartphones, tablets, and wearable devices. With an eSIM, you can use your phone number and data connection without a physical SIM card. Most modern devices can support eSIMs but you should verify that your device has this capability before purchasing an eSIM. You can have multiple numbers associated with your device, with eSIMs.
Sometimes email servers are down, emails get blocked or just dont arrive. To resend it to yourself you can search for your sim under Verify RICA Status and if it is an esim a button will appear for you to resend it to yourself
Only certain phones allow eSIMs. Please make sure your phone qualifies. In South Africa you need still need to RICA an eSIM for the SIM to work.
